Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION and SIGNING the ATTENDANCE LIST are REQUIRED to receive your training credits (certificate).  If you don’t have an online account yet, you’ll need to create one.

Since the account creation is done on the AMOM website, please make sure to select the correct option in the drop-down menu (“Member” or “Non-Member”) and complete the form. Also, ensure that you add your practice number to your profile so that we can record your attendance.

Once your account is created, you can proceed with your registration.

Technical support cannot be guaranteed within 24 hours of the conference date. We kindly ask you to register in advance to ensure smooth participation in the event.

Consent

A list of attendees may be sent to the pharmaceutical company after the activity, if requested. By registering, the physician and/or any other healthcare professional consent to their name and surname being disclosed to the pharmaceutical company.

The pharmaceutical company undertakes not to disclose this information without the participant’s consent.

Recognition of Educational Activities
