Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for general practitioners who are MEMBERS of the AMOM. Please visit the AMOM website (www.amom.net) and register by navigating to “Menu/Events and Continuing education”.  If you don’t have an online account, you’ll need to create one.

REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY EMAIL for general practitioners MEMBERS of the AMCLSCQ. Please send your registration request, indicating your practice number, to Lyne Fontaine at fmc@amom.net.
