Since the account creation process takes place on the AMOM website, please ensure that you select the appropriate designation from the drop-down menu (&#8220;Member&#8221; or &#8220;Non-Member&#8221;) and complete the form.\u00a0 Additionally, be sure to add your practice number to your profile so we can properly record your attendance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once this step is completed, you will be able to proceed with your registration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you <strong>practice in Montreal<\/strong> and are <strong>not a member of any association<\/strong>, we strongly recommend that you join the AMOM to take advantage of all the benefits.\u00a0 Visit <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amom.net\/inscription\">www.amom.net\/inscription<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Technical support cannot be guaranteed within 24 hours of the conference date.
