Since the account creation process takes place on the AMOM website, please ensure that you <strong>select the appropriate designation<\/strong> from the drop-down menu (&#8220;<strong>Member<\/strong>&#8221; or &#8220;<strong>Non-Member<\/strong>&#8220;) and complete the form. Additionally, be sure to add your practice number to your profile so we can properly record your attendance.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Once your account is created, you will be able to proceed with your registration.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Technical support cannot be guaranteed within 24 hours of the conference date. We kindly ask you to register in advance to ensure smooth participation in the event<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2>Consent<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">A list of attendees may be sent to the pharmaceutical company after the activity, if requested. By registering, the physician and\/or any other healthcare professional consent to their name and surname being disclosed to the pharmaceutical company.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The pharmaceutical company undertakes not to disclose this information without the participant&#8217;s consent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">If you do not wish to have your name and surname disclosed, please write to Mrs. Lyne Fontaine at <a href=\"fmc@amom.net\">fmc@amom.net<\/a>, indicating the activity number.<\/p>\n<h2>Recognition of Educational Activities<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Association of General Practitioners of Montreal, under the umbrella accreditation of the FMOQ, recognizes <strong>3,00 hour<\/strong>\u00a0of <strong><em>category 1 <\/em><\/strong>credits for participants in this activity.
