Registration

MEMBERS of the AMOM: ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for general practitioners. Please visit the AMOM website (www.amom.net) and register on the homepage by clicking on “Events and Continuing education”.  If you don’t have an online account, you’ll need to create one.

MEMBERS of the AMCLSCQ: REGISTRATION REQUIRED BY EMAIL for general practitioners. Please send your registration request, indicating your practice number, to Lyne Fontaine at fmc@amom.net.

If you practice in Montreal and are not part of any association, we strongly recommended joining the AMOM to be able to register for this training. Visit www.amom.net/inscription.
