Registration

ONLINE REGISTRATION and SIGNING the ATTENDANCE LIST are REQUIRED to receive your training credits (certificate).  If you don’t have an online account yet, you’ll need to create one.

For all general practitioners, whether they are members of AMOM, AMCSLCQ, or not affiliated with any association, registration for training sessions must be completed on the website www.amom.net by clicking on “Continuing education” button on the homepage.

If you do not yet have an online account, you will need to create one. Since the account creation process takes place on the AMOM website, please ensure that you select the appropriate designation from the drop-down menu (“Member” or “Non-Member”) and complete the form.  Additionally, be sure to add your practice number to your profile so we can properly record your attendance.

Once this step is completed, you will be able to proceed with your registration.

If you practice in Montreal and are not a member of any association, we strongly recommend that you join the AMOM to take advantage of all the benefits.  Visit www.amom.net/inscription.

Technical support cannot be guaranteed within 24 hours of the conference date. We kindly ask you to register in advance to ensure smooth participation in the event.
